Vuerich B. Sunglasses for Quiksilver

Discover an exclusive and original collaboration between Quiksilver and Vuerich B, a collection of 50 unique and 100% handmade pairs of sunglasses. Javier Mendizabal, a professional skateboarder from the Quiksilver team based in Barcelona was in charge of the collaboration with Vuerich B, a young street and ecofriendly sunglasses brand. These limited edition sunglasses are a reinvented version of the Quiksilver "The Griffin”. Handmade from broken skateboards, the manufacturer of high-end lenses Carl Zeiss also joined the project, providing polarized CR39 lenses. In addition to the environmental aspect of recycling skateboards, Quiksilver Ambassador Javier Mendizabal wanted to bring a social dimension to the Vuerich B project and linked the collaboration with the Skateistan association.
