Easy and convenient, this card is valid for 1 year from its activation date at the till, in all participating Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes stores and our quiksilver.com, roxy.com and dcshoes.com online stores (valid for 3 years in Spain and Germany). The gift card allows you to pay for all or a part of your purchases. It can be used one or more times. Payment with the card can be supplemented by another method of payment if necessary.
The gift card can be credited with any amount within the range between a minimum of: EUR 25 / CHF 25 / CZK 135 / DKK 37 / GBP 25 / PLN 21 and maximum of: EUR 2000 / CHF 2200 / CZK 54000 / DKK 14800 / GBP 1800 / PLN 8500.
HOW TO USE MY GIFT CARD?
On our physical stores
You can use the gift card at participating Boardriders, Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes stores in France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Portugal, Finland, United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland and Poland, whatever the currency.

On our online stores
You can also use your gift card on one of our online stores quiksilver.com, roxy.com, dcshoes.com (excluding Czech Republic and Poland). Nothing could be easier: when you place your order at the stage of choosing the method of payment, click in the box offering payment by gift card.
HOW TO CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY CARD?
To check the available balance on your card and gift expiry date, you can ask one of our in-store cashiers or contact our Customer Services or simply check one of our websites.
BUY A GIFT CARD
If you wish to buy a gift card, go to one of our stores without delay.
You can also buy a digital gift card by visiting our sites quiksilver.com, roxy.com and dcshoes.com Once you have purchased your digital gift card, you you or the person of your choice (specify at purchase) will receive an order confirmation email that will provide you with the gift card number and the corresponding PIN in order to use it online or in our participating stores.
The the gift card purchase cannot be refunded, fully or partially. No change may be given during use. If the first purchase does not use up the full amount on the card, the balance remains available for each successive purchase until exhaustion of the balance of the card or the expiry of the term of its validity.
This the physical gift card will only have any value after its activation in-store.
The digital gift card will only be activated once you have received the order confirmation email.
If lost or stolen, your physical or digital card will not be refunded. No replacement card will be provided.
The amount of the gift card will not be taken into account when calculating the delivery costs.
A purchase made at one of our physical stores
In the case of a total or partial return of your order paid for with a gift card, the amount of your item or items will be credited onto a new gift card. This card can then be used on our retail websites or at participating offline stores. It can be used once or several times until the balance is empty. Our store teams will activate the card when you go to the cash register.

In the case of a total or partial return of your order paid for with a gift card, the amount of your item or items will be credited onto a new digital gift card. This card can then be used on our retail websites or at participating offline stores. It can be used once or several times until the balance is empty. You will receive the number of the digital gift card and your PIN from our Customer Services by email.
