Returns By Mail - Items purchsed online or by phone may be returned via mail within 365 days of purchase.

The product being returned to us must have been purchased by you from the website and delivered to your address. It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. The product being returned must be accompanied by the returns form attached to the delivered package, as proof of purchase of the product from the website and the date of purchase of this product.
How to return products?
1. Contact Customer Service using the pre-filled form: Contact Us,
2. Clearly state your order number (purchase order), contact information and the products you wish to return (references and quantities),
3. You will receive an authorisation number that must be written on the package and on the return form that goes inside the parcel,
4. A product returned must be sent to:

You are free to use the carrier of your choice.
The return of goods is at your own cost.
The cancellation and return of the order will only be taken into account provided that the product for which the refund is requested has been returned to us within the time, and according to the conditions, described above.
Where applicable, we will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order within 14 days of Quiksilver Europe receiving the returned goods (time may vary depending on different banks), or by you providing proof of postage/return of the goods, the date of whichever of the two is the earliest will be taken into account.
We, the seller, will refund you, the customer, the total amount paid for the goods being returned and the cost of outbound shipping, if applicable, paid when placing the order (based on standard delivery costs), and calculated in proportion to the value of the goods being returned. Any additional shipping charges related to your, the customer’s, choice of delivery methods other than the standard delivery option will not be subject to refund.
