RECYCLED TEXTILE WASTE

RECYCLED POLYESTER
Fabric made from recycled plastic bottles is commonly known as ""recycled polyester"" or ""rPET"" (recycled polyethylene terephthalate). It is an alternative to traditional polyester fabric, which is derived from petroleum-based sources.
ORGANIC COTTON
Organic farmers don’t use toxic hazardous pesticides and artificial fertilisers, which helps keep water, soil and air safe and clean.
NATURAL DYE
Natural dye comes from things like plants and minerals instead of human-made chemicals. It gives a more natural look and feel to the product.
RECYCLED NYLON
Fabric made from pre-consumer recycled nylon helps reduce waste and minimise the environmental impact of the textile industry. Pre-consumer recycled nylon, also known as "reclaimed" or "regenerated" nylon, is produced from nylon waste generated during the manufacturing process before the product reaches the consumer.
LENZING® ECOVERO® VISCOSE
Derived from certified renewable wood sources using an eco-responsible production process by meeting high environmental standards, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers, certified by the EU Ecolabel, tailor to a sustainable lifestyle. According to Higg MSI tool, this fibers reduce water consumption and CO2 emission by 50% compare to generic viscose.
GORE-TEX EPE MEMBRANE
New GORE-TEX® products provide durably waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection and comfort with a long product life. Using the new ePE Membrane, they are now PFC-free with a reduced carbon footprint (per HIGG MSI).
PFC FREE DWR
PFC (perfluorinated compounds) free treatment refers to a water repellent and quick dry finishing or coating applied to textiles and fabrics that avoids the use of perfluorinated chemicals.

Powered by a holistic approach, bluesign® ensures our partners use chemicals reasonably, as well as their energy and water use and waste disposal comply with the most demanding standards in the textile industry.
SOLUTION DYE
Solution dyeing reduce the use of water, energy and chemicals compared to conventional dyeing as coloration is made during the yarn creation itself and no more during yarn or fabric bath dyeing process.
OCEAN WASTE
This product is using fabric made out of waste collected either on coastline or in the ocean. Bouys, fishing nets, or simple coastline plastic waste are collected and recyled to replace virgin raw material in our products.
BIO-BASED PTU
Made out of distilled corn waste, our Bio-Based TPU is implemented in 70% of our goggle frame range.
